Fresh Apple Coffee Cake

2 cups Sugar
1 cup oil
2 eggs (beaten)
3 cups Diced Apples
3 cups Flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon. salt
2 tablespoon. cinnamon
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Mix by hand in order given.

1 white cake mix w/butter flavor
1 small box strawberry jello
1 cup coconut
1 cup pecans
1 cup frozen strawberries – drained and mashed (save juice from strawberries)
